Business Development Manager
Phoenix VX is a fast-growing restoration organization in the Philadelphia metro area seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand commercial and industrial relationships. The role focuses on developing long-term referral partnerships and driving new revenue within key verticals in the restoration and insurance ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with commercial and industrial clients across the region
Conduct approximately 30 sales visits per week and 10 face-to-face client interactions per day
Follow a structured sales methodology (Sanctum Sales Process or similar probe-based selling model)
Develop client profiles using historical data and proactive discovery techniques
Generate first referral within the first 60 days
Lead client onboarding and maintain long-term relationship development
Schedule regular field visits (typically Tues–Thurs)
Qualification
Required
Proven success in business development, restoration, insurance, construction, or related services
Strong existing relationships or book of business in the Philadelphia metro area
Able to work independently with limited oversight
Comfortable managing client relationships in a high-activity field role
Preferred
Experience using a structured sales process (Sanctum or similar methodologies preferred)
Multifamily experience is helpful
