Responsibilities

Own and drive the cutover strategy for merging systems, applications, and business processes across both legacy organizations
Collaborates with Project Sponsor and project team to establish project timelines and scope, in cooperation with project leadership on large scale M&A initiatives
Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource assignments, and contingency protocols
Manage large scale enterprise software projects and portfolios

M&A Cutover ManagementProject MethodologiesCommand Center SetupInsurance Industry ExperienceCommunication Skills

Required

5+ years managing projects around M&A Cutover including setting up command centers
Strong understanding of project methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid), with a demonstrated ability to apply methodology effectively and with flexibility to projects
Strong communication skills

Preferred

Ideally have insurance industry experience
