Responsibilities
Assist with loan processing responsibilities such as post-closing issues, condition sorting, and disclosure preparation
Ensure documentation requirements are met by performing document cleanup and training material updates
Utilize internal Home Ownership data and systems efficiently to support each Home Ownership department
Manage trailing documents, collateral intake, MERS processes, second-mortgage conditions, reporting, and dashboard development
Perform administrative tasks related to the Energy Saver Home Loan Program (ESHLP) and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) programs as needed
Qualification
Required
Major in business, finance, banking, or related field
Be proficient in Microsoft software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Be eligible to work in, and travel freely to and from, the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Preference for a Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student
Interest in affordable housing or real estate
