Help the North American business unit expand & drive operational efficiencies – enterprise wide
Own process, people & results - creating & influencing at a very high level
Work with the SVP, Div. Presidents and C-Suite Leaders
Drive change across an organization - working at a high level to identify process gaps across all BUs
Own Operational Excellence and drive Quality Strategy & Lean Initiatives enterprise-wide
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years working with Global Manufacturing Organization – with multi-site exposure
Blended Quality and Lean/CI Skills – Operations & Commercial
Ability to Travel is a must
