Responsibilities
Research and identify strategic enterprise accounts with high potential for Higher Logic solutions
Initiate executive-level conversations that uncover business priorities, challenges, and alignment opportunities
Develop customized outreach strategies to engage senior stakeholders and secure discovery meetings
Build long-term relationships with prospective clients to position Higher Logic as a trusted partner
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and engagement tactics
Track and document all interactions in CRM systems and report regularly on outreach progress
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and prospect behavior to inform outreach
Transition qualified opportunities to appropriate sales team members for pursuit
Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong executive presence and communication skills across channels and formats
Proven ability to develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies
Comfortable initiating conversations with C-level and senior leadership at large organizations
Self-starter with high emotional intelligence, professional curiosity, and business acumen
Excellent organization, time management, and reporting skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
