Responsibilities
Coordinating communication across Sales, Marketing, and Development teams
Tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-through (keeping projects moving)
Supporting onboarding workflows for new hires, interns, and partners
Sending and organizing contracts, agreements, and onboarding steps
Managing internal updates, summaries, and status reporting
Helping organize lead lists, outreach data, and internal CRM/admin systems
Supporting scheduling, follow-ups, and operational priorities across the business
Qualification
Required
Extremely organized and fast-moving
Clear and professional in communication
Comfortable following up with people and keeping momentum
Confident managing multiple priorities without losing details
Reliable, consistent, and proactive
Preferred
Business, marketing, communications, or pre-law students
