Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate legal rubrics for AI training aligned with current venture capital industry standards
Draft, review, and annotate venture financing documents such as term sheets, SAFEs, Stock Purchase Agreements, and Convertible Notes to support AI training and validation
Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model understanding of venture capital and startup financing concepts
Translate complex legal and financial structures into precise, accessible content suitable for AI learning workflows
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine model performance and output quality
Monitor, document, and continuously improve AI outputs to ensure legal accuracy and practical relevance
Stay current with venture capital trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to inform training materials
Qualification
Required
Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from a recognized institution with an active license to practice law
Strong experience in venture capital or startup financing transactions
Strong experience drafting and negotiating term sheets, SAFEs, Stock Purchase Agreements, and related financing documents
Deep understanding of capitalization tables, dilution, valuation mechanics, and corporate governance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly
Ability to distill transactional and advisory concepts for non-legal and technical audiences
