Responsibilities

Drive our sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the data center market, directly expanding our footprint

Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers, becoming their go-to expert for Danfoss Power Solutions

Act as a strategic consultant for your clients, understanding their unique needs to deliver tailored, value-driven liquid cooling and power solutions

Lead strategic business reviews with customers and internal leadership to highlight successes, identify new opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless and exceptional experience for your customers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study

At least 5 years of sales experience

Proven success navigating and collaborating effectively within a complex, global organization

Possess a strategic mindset with experience using a value-based sales process and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on progress

A self-driven and disciplined professional, comfortable working effectively in a remote home-office environment

Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time

Preferred

2-3 years of sales experience focused on the data center industry

Experience with liquid cooling solutions
