Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain automated systems, robotics, and transfer applications
Design, implement, and optimize automation for current and future projects
Lead preventive maintenance and reliability improvements
Mentor technicians and operators on automation procedures
Collaborate on upgrades, installations, and knowledge transfer
Ensure compliance with safety standards and champion continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Rockwell Software (Studio 5000, RSLogix, FactoryTalk), Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret schematics
Effective communicator and technical leader
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and automation product knowledge
