Call Center Operations Manager
Morph Enterprise is seeking a Call Center Operations Manager to oversee the transition of support from on-premises procurement modules to ERP cloud modules. The role involves coordinating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and resolving operational issues to ensure efficient call center operations.
Responsibilities
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks
Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Call center experience at a managerial level
Experience in a procurement-based environment
Call center experience
PMP certification
