Senior LevelGandiv Insights LLC is seeking a Senior Project Engineer who is fluent in Mandarin to support the delivery of advanced robotics and automation projects across customer sites in the US. The role involves hands-on engineering, customer interaction, and managing project tasks to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Execute project tasks according to the project plan under the guidance of the Project Manager
Support site layout, engineering design, site setup, and commissioning of mobile robot systems
Lead and coordinate site contractors and vendors
Provide customer operation and technical training on-site
Deliver remote and on-site production support
Actively manage project schedule, cost, and quality
Maintain close communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Review project deliverables and initiate corrective actions when needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, or Computing Engineering
Fluent in Mandarin and English (mandatory)
Strong communication, coordination, and basic business negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure and adapt to long-term travel
Experience with software/system setup, configuration, and scripting
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SQL databases
Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript is a strong plus
