Lead clinical initiatives to enhance the delivery of spinal deformity and advanced spine care across OhioHealth
Collaborate with system leadership on strategic planning, program development, and evaluation of service line performance
Drive clinical innovation by identifying emerging technologies, techniques, and evidence-based practices
Engage in scholarly activity, including relevant clinical or translational research initiatives
Provide teaching, guidance, and mentorship to neurosurgery residents, fellows, and early-career faculty
Support and collaborate with other neuroscience programs to foster a cohesive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care
Qualification
Required
Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery
Fellowship training in spinal deformity or extensive experience in complex spine surgery
