Responsibilities

Lead HR-focused programs that leverage AI and integration capabilities to streamline processes and improve employee experience
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and prioritization frameworks aligned to HR strategy and capacity
Coordinate work across HR, Technology, Product, Privacy, and Compliance partners to ensure clarity and accountability
Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status, decisions, and tradeoffs to leadership
Support build, deployment, and production readiness activities in partnership with engineering and operations teams
Partner with HR stakeholders to identify process pain points, policy-driven constraints, and high-impact opportunities for agentic solutions
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to document current-state processes, future-state workflows, and decision logic
Own and maintain process documentation and policy interpretations that inform solution design and ongoing operations
Translate HR needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria that guide technical delivery
Act as a change agent by preparing stakeholders for new ways of working enabled by agentic solutions
Support communication, training, and adoption planning to ensure solutions are understood and effectively used
Embed governance and approval checkpoints into delivery plans to support compliant and auditable solutions
Support risk reviews, documentation, and remediation activities as needed
Assist with deployment planning and transition to steady-state operations

Required

6–8 years of experience in program or project management, business analysis, or delivery roles supporting HR or enterprise operations
Strong experience gathering requirements, developing use cases, and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to guide prioritization and decision-making across diverse partner groups
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred

Experience supporting HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HR
Familiarity with AI-enabled or automation solutions in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations
Ability to translate complex policies or technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders
