Responsibilities
Lead and present technical solution designs and POCs aligned with business requirements
Define, maintain, and support the OIPA/Java development environment and best practices
Assist in identifying, isolating, resolving, and communicating issues across production and non-production environments
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
Support release management and deployment activities
Mentor and guide junior team members
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve flexibility, scalability, and time-to-market
Qualification
Required
8-12 years of experience in OIPA development and system integrations
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Policy Administration System (OIPA)
OIPA configuration and development
Configuration language, product rules, and extensions
Policy roles, segments, allocations, and valuation
Release and version management
Proven experience integrating OIPA with upstream and downstream systems using AS Files
Proven experience integrating OIPA with upstream and downstream systems using Data intake frameworks
Proven experience integrating OIPA with upstream and downstream systems using Database and service-based integrations
Solid understanding of OIPA architecture, data extraction patterns, and custom extensions
Experience implementing security, screens (policy and role-based), and performance optimizations
Strong Oracle SQL skills, including writing complex queries and debugging stored procedures
Experience working in Java-based environments supporting OIPA solutions
