Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre-award grants management for BayCare Health System and its related entities and service lines
Primarily focused on the Review, Application and Award stages of the grant lifecycle
Responsibilities include prospect research, grant writing, training, internal approvals, working with external consultants and internal key stakeholders to assist team members across BayCare in the successful pursuit of funding
Maintain required registrations, (grants.gov, SAM, eRACommons and D&B)
Reports to the Grants Manager and collaborates with BayCare Legal and Risk to pre-vet standard contracts or sub-award agreements
Also works closely with BayCare Finance on grant application budgets
