HR Assistant & Office Manager

Responsibilities
Manage daily office functions, including supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests
Serve as the go-to resource for office inquiries and assist staff with benefit questions, directing them to appropriate resources
Assist with invoicing and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments
Coordinate meetings, event space, and conference room logistics
Support talent acquisition by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and managing candidate flow in the recruiting platform
Assist with maintaining accurate staff records and assist with compliance documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and/or HR support roles
Experience with invoicing, billing, and basic accounting principles
Some knowledge of HR processes and staff benefits administration
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
