Champion Our Mission: Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and compassion in every interaction
Own Daily Operations: Ensure seamless, compliant workflows across assigned facilities
Partner for Quality: Work closely with providers and the Director of Operations to meet quality measures and advance continuous improvement initiatives
Lead & Develop Teams: Oversee staffing needs, recruitment support, onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing staff development
Coach for Success: Supervise and mentor front desk and administrative staff, promoting accountability and high performance
Drive Efficiency: Manage scheduling, overtime, mileage, and daily site huddles to keep operations running smoothly
Ensure Compliance: Uphold organizational policies and standards for attendance, appearance, and conduct
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Strong background in office management or healthcare administration
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
Independent, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficiency with EMR systems (NextGen), Phreesia, and insurance verification tools preferred
