Responsibilities
Execute GP-led secondary and continuation vehicle transactions from inception through closing
Support transaction structuring, valuation analysis, and marketing materials
Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with sponsors, investors, and counterparties
Work closely with senior bankers on client coverage and transaction execution
Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s secondaries advisory platform
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in investment banking, secondaries advisory, or secondaries investing
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and execution skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-responsibility environment
