Business Development Center Specialist
Mohawk Chevrolet is seeking a Business Development Center Specialist to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth in the automotive industry. Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and other channels to generate and qualify leads
Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business
Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to implement targeted campaigns and track their effectiveness
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as necessary
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in previous call center, customer service, sales support, and/or internet sales or a related role
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working in a Business Development Center or similar environment
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus
