Concent Software Solutions LLC is seeking an Anaplan Solution Architect who understands Agile methodologies and is familiar with tools like Jira and Service Now. The role involves providing functional and technical support for Anaplan applications, driving user sessions, coordinating UAT cycles, and ensuring successful migration and training on Anaplan models.

Responsibilities

Resource should understand the Agile way working for Anaplan and should be familiar with tools like Jira and Service Now

Should be able to connect end users and provide functional and technical support on the applications

Resource should have good communication skills to talk to business users to remove any roadblocks during sprint development

Resource should be capable to driving sessions for end users and show them developed functionalities in Anaplan and take feedback and implement same

Resource should be able to coordinate with different teams for integration need of Anaplan

Coordinating and Drive UAT cycle for business users and publish the UAT results

Creating Functional and Technical/ SOP documents for end users on Anaplan developed models

Migration of Anaplan models to production workspace and supporting and fixing end users issues

Provide user training on Anaplan developed models and UX/UI

Resource should have good understanding on research and development planning for pharma products with additional skills on Alliance planning and medical and clinical forecasting

Resource should be good at understanding the F&PA planning functionally

Resource should have good model design and development capabilities in Anaplan with understanding of PLAN standards to avoid any performance challenges

Resource should have knowledge on UX and UI capabilities of Anaplan to develop wireframes for ends users on desktop/laptop and mobile

Resource should have knowledge on Anaplan Connector, REST API to connect and cloud works

Resource should have clear understanding of Financial Closure process (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)

Should have good understanding on user’s roles and security in Anaplan and capable of creating them for project

Should have good knowledge on model and workspace management

Should be at least Solution Architect Certified

Resource should have good debugging and problem-solving capabilities to trouble shoot productions issues

Resource should be delivery focused and should be capable to meeting agreed timelines

Knowing the Pharma domain will be additional benefit along with understanding of ERP system like SAP
