Lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems
Oversee quality control
Drive progress in our systems and methods in collaboration with our automation and process engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Prepare detailed technical documentation
Conduct system analyses
Conduct site visits
Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in mechanical design, process engineering, and equipment design in industrial environments
Proficiency in 3D modeling; AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, etc
Experience with plant utility systems, including water treatment, boilers, and refrigeration
Excellent leadership, teamwork, time management, and communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
Prior experience in industries such as manufacturing, power generation, and/or mining
