You will work client side with consulting firm's clients in the Boston area on various engagements consulting firm has been engaged on
You will work industry wide across commercial/consumer goods, life sciences, manufacturing, technology/SaaS, banking, insurance, and more
You will work on many different engagements dealing with functions and duties related to M&As, IPOs, carve outs, corporate/GL accounting, technical accounting/SEC reporting, revenue accounting, lease accounting, debt raises, process improvements, and much more
Qualification
Required
Current or prior Big 4 audit firm experience
Preferred
