Help clients put their financial plans into action
Prepare and process paperwork accurately
Keep clear, thorough notes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Follow tasks from start to finish with a sense of ownership
Communicate with clarity and empathy, simplifying complex situations
Support advisors with client correspondence, scheduling, and reports
Spot inefficiencies and speak up when you see a better way
Qualification
Required
Professional, dependable, and highly organized
A clear and thoughtful communicator
Great listener and strong note-taker
Comfortable learning new systems and using technology
Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy
Able to handle confidential information
Preferred
Experience in an office or client-service environment is helpful but not required
