Responsibilities
Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for utilities clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and industry-specific functionality
Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and implement SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for utilities such as SAP Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities
Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that optimize their utilities operations and improve customer experience
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions
Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness
Qualification
Required
Exposure to SAP IS Solutions: Experience working with SAP Industry Solutions (IS) for the utilities industry, including analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that meet client needs
SAP IS Module Implementation: Exposure to configuring and implementing SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for utilities such as SAP Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities
Client Relationship Management: Experience working with clients to understand their business needs and providing solutions that optimize their utilities operations and improve customer experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and providing training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions
Industry Trend Awareness: Familiarity with staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness
