Responsibilities
Design and implement sandbox environments
Develop and configure simulation environments for applications such as Ignition, Kepware, GE Proficy Suite, and Tulip, ensuring realistic operational scenarios for functional and integration testing
Set up and manage virtual PLC simulations for major platforms (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) within virtualized environments to replicate plant-floor logic and processes
Administer cloud-based web applications and establish secure integration with OT devices in virtual environments, enabling hybrid connectivity between on-premise and cloud systems
Configure virtualized or containerized environments for testing industrial software and hardware integrations, ensuring scalability and isolation
Design and implement virtual networks that bridge on-premise hardware with cloud infrastructure, supporting secure data flow and interoperability for IIoT and edge-to-cloud architectures
Install, validate, deploy, and test various industrial OT software to ensure compliance with operational standards
Demonstrate working knowledge of server administration
