Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet defined goals
Identify and engage key decision-makers within the A&D and construction community
Drive product specifications through architects, developers, and contractors
Conduct impactful product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clients
Build and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural community
Collaborate internally to support product positioning and client needs
Manage pipeline activity and reporting across a multi-state territory
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of successful architectural sales experience
Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market
Proven ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design process
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities
