Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answering multi-line phones and directing calls appropriately
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Verifying insurance information and collecting patient payments
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
Assisting with daily administrative tasks and office organization
Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Upholding the practices high standards of service and appearance
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a medical receptionist (eye care experience strongly preferred)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and polished demeanor; ability to maintain an upscale appearance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Business professional dress code required
Flexibility to work in multiple office locations as needed
