This role involves overseeing field personnel on construction projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and managing project schedules and resources.

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce all safety policies and procedures
Ensure project quality standards are met or exceeded
Manage short-term scheduling, including manpower and equipment resources
Coordinate permits and regulatory inspections
Oversee field documentation, including daily reports and progress photos
Manage material handling, inventory, storage, and spare parts
Coordinate subcontractors and jobsite hiring as required
Maintain and review as-built drawings
Participate in post-construction reviews
Oversee small tool management and jobsite security
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide accurate quantity reporting and timekeeping
Identify and communicate scope changes to the Project Manager
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supervising water or wastewater construction projects
Strong supervisory, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Current training as a Competent Person in Trenching, Scaffolds, Rigging, Confined Space, and Fall Protection
Current OSHA 10-hour, First Aid & CPR, SWPPP Inspector, silica, risk management, and accident training
Demonstrated success delivering multi-million-dollar construction projects
Preferred
Experience managing craft labor and self-performed work preferred
Hands-on experience with cast-in-place concrete, piping, and mechanical equipment
