Responsibilities

Support the month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions as needed
Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports
Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
Help ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects
Assist the accounting team with implementing automation

Qualification

Accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)Microsoft ExcelAccounting software/ERP systemsExposure to ERP systemsInternship experienceAttention to detailOrganizational skillsTime-management skillsTeamworkCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Basic understanding of accounting principles {GAAP or IFRS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas a plus) and other Office 365 products
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite}
Internship or part-time experience in accounting or finance would be preferred
