Strategic Account Director

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to key decision-makers and stakeholders in assigned enterprise accounts, driving cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across business units
Develop and execute account expansion plans tailored to the unique structure, goals, and challenges of each client organization
Establish trusted, advisory relationships with C-level and senior executives, articulating Higher Logic's value proposition in the context of the customer's strategic priorities
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and influence the customer roadmap
Lead the orchestration of complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder negotiations, executive presentations, and contract development
Maintain a high level of knowledge about Higher Logic's solutions and the broader market landscape to anticipate client needs and provide thought leadership
Consistently meet or exceed growth targets for assigned accounts
Accurately forecast revenue and maintain detailed documentation of pipeline activity and customer engagements
Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures
Other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and influence senior-level decision-makers

Deep understanding of enterprise sales strategy, value-based selling, and account planning
Highly strategic, analytical, and results-oriented with a strong commercial acumen
Adept at identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
