Staffing Technologies is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business units nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs
Conduct 20–25 weekly pre-screen calls
Screen resumes, assess fit, and manage interview pipelines
Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other platforms to source talent
Manage candidate workflow in the ATS and maintain compliance documentation
Communicate frequently with candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth processes
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Qualification
Required
High-volume recruiting experience
Strong cold-calling and sourcing skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to self-motivate and work independently
Comfortable supporting multiple hiring managers simultaneously
Proficiency with G-Suite and ATS systems
