Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces
Design user flows and experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with project goals
Apply design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs

Required

8+ years of UI/UX Designer experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
8-10 years of experience
