Responsibilities
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to emergency services and RBR CIT staff
Oversee planning, coordination, and monitoring of crisis services
Ensure the delivery of effective emergency psychiatric assessments and interventions
Work with local agencies, law enforcement, and healthcare providers to strengthen crisis response efforts
Maintain adherence to state regulations, HIPAA, and best practices in emergency services
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a human services-related field (social work, counseling, psychology, etc.)
Licensed in Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP
Minimum of 5 years of behavioral health leadership or supervisory experience
Certified Pre-Screener in Virginia (or must obtain certification within 3 months of hire)
Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies, emergency psychiatric care, and behavioral health services
Preferred
Expertise in mental health crisis assessment and intervention
Experience collaborating with law enforcement and community agencies
Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining a calm and professional approach
