Represent clients in pre-bankruptcy workouts and restructurings, commercial foreclosures, and judgment enforcement proceedings
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4+ years of Bankruptcy experience in federal and state courts
Excellent academic credentials
Written and verbal communication skills
Significant experience representing businesses, secured and unsecured creditors, and financial institutions in all aspects of the bankruptcy process
Experience representing clients in pre-bankruptcy workouts and restructurings
Experience in commercial foreclosures and judgment enforcement proceedings
