Required

Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication, with the capacity to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field is required

Preferred

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scalability considerations is a plus
Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are advantageous
