Responsibilities

Support and contribute to the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM modules for both national and international clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, throughout the project lifecycle

Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform updates and SPM trends, applying new knowledge to improve solution quality

Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused team environment

Required

At least 3 years of experience working with and configuring ServiceNow SPM modules, such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, or Financial Planning

Good understanding of portfolio and program management principles

Analytical mindset

Hands-on experience with configuring SPM modules

Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach to work

Preferred

ServiceNow CSA / SPM certification or relevant training

Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid project methodologies in ServiceNow
