Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end projects across the delivery lifecycle—define scope, create schedules, manage budgets, and ensure timely, quality delivery
Plan and run Agile and Waterfall delivery ceremonies; translate business requirements into actionable workstreams and release plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, vendors) in a remote environment to remove blockers and maintain velocity
Monitor project health: track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliver clear mitigation plans and contingency strategies
Maintain governance and reporting: produce executive-level status updates, dashboards, and financial tracking for PMO stakeholders
Drive vendor management and contract deliverable oversight to ensure SLAs, scope adherence, and quality metrics are met
