Responsibilities
Assist with migration of configuration from Sendmail on Solaris to Postfix on RHEL in two production environments
Analysis and architecture of Postfix on RHEL in each environment
Assist with build out of development / test environment for Postfix functionality testing
Assist with testing of behavior of Postfix rules
Assist with migration & testing of Sendmail rules to Postfix
Analysis and testing of 60,000 to 70,000 mail aliases importing into Postfix
Analysis of firewall policies
Assist with exploration of spam filtering products
Mentoring on use of Postfix configuration and postfix rule management
Preparing documentation through Consulting Engagement Report (CER) that captures engagement activities, findings, outcomes, suggestions, and a mutually agreed upon project plan, which may include a list of implementation tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience with migration of configuration from Sendmail on Solaris to Postfix on RHEL
Experience in analysis and architecture of Postfix on RHEL
Experience in building out development/test environment for Postfix functionality testing
Experience in testing behavior of Postfix rules
Experience in migration and testing of Sendmail rules to Postfix
Experience in analysis and testing of 60,000 to 70,000 mail aliases importing into Postfix
Experience in analysis of firewall policies
Experience in exploration of spam filtering products
Experience in mentoring on use of Postfix configuration and postfix rule management
Experience in preparing documentation through Consulting Engagement Report (CER)
