Responsibilities
Support new client onboarding and ensure a smooth, positive start with Triumph
Assist Customer Success Managers in client check-ins and satisfaction reviews
Track customer engagement and help identify opportunities or issues early
Maintain up-to-date customer records and feedback in CRM tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Review usage data and assist in preparing materials for client meetings and QBRs
Shadow senior team members to learn best practices in customer success
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Continuously build your knowledge of Triumph’s products and customer success strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
0–1 year of experience or internship in customer service, client relations, or account management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm for helping customers and learning about customer success practices
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience (like Salesforce) is a plus
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and make an impact
