Senior Quality Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer specializing in End User Computing to lead the design and operational excellence of the organization's end-user technology ecosystem, ensuring quality and reliability across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead end-user computing quality and reliability across enterprise platforms
Ensure EUC services are secure, observable, intuitive, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Embed monitoring, telemetry, automation, and DEX analytics into operational workflows
Analyze defect trends, incident reports, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
Identify systemic issues and lead corrective actions to improve stability and performance
Evaluate complex technical designs, identify gaps, and validate operational readiness
Collaborate with IT Operations, security, and architecture teams to ensure standards compliance
Present complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in IT Operations within a managed services environment, including vendor oversight
Strong understanding of engineering disciplines related to end-user computing platforms
Deep expertise with Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
Hands-on experience with Intune, JAMF, and endpoint security tools such as Defender for Endpoint
Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, DLP, and compliance controls
Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Proven ability to analyze performance data and quality metrics to improve reliability and user experience
Preferred
Experience applying ITIL, Agile, or DevOps principles to improve service quality
Familiarity with digital experience analytics, telemetry, and observability platforms
Experience leading vendor teams or managed service providers
Background supporting large enterprise environments integrating identity, security, and cloud collaboration platforms
Experience designing or validating device health metrics, DEX instrumentation, and monitoring frameworks
Working knowledge of endpoint analytics, networking fundamentals, and EUC cloud integrations
