Noblesoft Technologies is seeking an Automotive Helpdesk / Diagnostic Support Specialist to provide technical support to dealership technicians. The role involves diagnosing automotive issues, troubleshooting vehicle faults, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to dealership technicians via phone, email, and GTAC/TAC systems

Diagnose automotive hardware & software issues, including recall updates and ECU-related concerns

Troubleshoot simple to complex vehicle system faults with accuracy and efficiency

Review and validate Technical Service Requests (TSRs) and document solutions

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, OTA, and other internal teams

Support software updates, module integration, and remote diagnostics

Ensure SLA compliance, proper escalation, and seamless issue closure

Qualification

Automotive troubleshootingVehicle networks & protocolsAutomotive software systemsElectrical fundamentalsScan tools experienceASE CertificationsWindows proficiencyMS Word proficiencyMS Excel proficiency

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong automotive troubleshooting & diagnostics experience

Understanding of vehicle networks & protocols (CAN)

Knowledge of automotive software systems, ECUs, DTCs, live data & PIDs

Electrical & electronics fundamentals (12V circuits, wiring diagrams)

Hands-on experience with scan tools, multimeter, oscilloscope, power probe

Windows, MS Word & Excel proficiency

Preferred

Familiarity with AUTOSAR, ISO 26262

ASE Certifications (Electrical, Gasoline, Diesel, L2)

Experience with OEM or Tier 2/3 technical support is a plus
