Responsibilities

Represent our client through our short-cycle, face-to-face sales program
Help small businesses & consumers solve real problems
Master and execute our proven sales process
Deliver exceptional results in both sales volume and quality
Manage customer onboarding and retention in your territory
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Work with senior leaders to scale a regional team
Coach and develop top performers around you
Uphold an elite sales culture on the field
Commit to ongoing personal development and leadership training
Travel for new launches and national events

Required

Background in competitive sports (collegiate, semi-pro, or high-level individual sports)
Coachable, ambitious, and ready to grind
Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, in-office
