Senior Bookkeeper
Affinity Wealth Management LLC is an established accounting and consulting firm seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their growing team. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities, preparing financial statements, and supporting internal accounting processes.
Responsibilities
Balance and maintain accurate general ledgers for multiple entities
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
Support financial reporting and internal accounting processes
Qualification
Required
Advanced experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with Payroll and Payroll Taxes
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
