Responsibilities
Inspections of roof installations in progress
Inspection photo reports
Creating reports with custom software RAMP (roof asset management program)
Assisting sales rep with trade shows and seminar opportunities
Develop a strong roofing knowledge/ skill base
Help maintain good business practices/processes
Maintain records, information flow & administrative details
Help manage marketing efforts
Provide customer service as necessary
Conform to all company related policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Self-starter with strong technical abilities
Related construction experience
Strong work ethic
Independent and trustworthy
Physically able to climb ladders and work a construction site
Flexible hours
Computer experience
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Develop a strong roofing knowledge/skill base
Help maintain good business practices/processes
Maintain records, information flow & administrative details
Help manage marketing efforts
Provide customer service as necessary
Conform to all company related policies and procedures
Preferred
Trade/Technical College Degree
Experience in the Construction Industry
Strong Computer Skills
Very Organized and Detail-Oriented
