Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination
Support recruiting for LTL transportation roles, including Sales, Operations, and Corporate positions
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, performance expectations, and hiring timelines
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting tools
Build and maintain pipelines for Sales and LTL-related talent, including account executives, sales leadership, and operational support roles
Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends
Manage requisitions and candidate workflows in Workday Recruiting
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and data integrity within the ATS
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring volume
Deliver a professional, consistent, and timely experience for candidates and hiring managers
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide selection decisions
Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices and effective interview techniques
Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and internal policies
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and hiring outcomes
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Experience recruiting for LTL transportation roles and Sales positions
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work on-site in Downers Grove, IL
Preferred
Experience recruiting within transportation, logistics, or LTL environments
Experience hiring Sales roles, including quota-carrying and revenue-generating positions
Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring decisions
Experience supporting multi-state or high-growth organizations
