Responsibilities
Own end-to-end service quality, performance, and user experience for EUC platforms
Drive reliability and usability across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
Integrate and optimize endpoint management (Intune, JAMF) and security/identity tools (Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, Purview)
Embed monitoring, telemetry, automation, and DEX analytics to proactively identify issues and reduce defects
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT Operations within managed services environments
Strong EUC engineering knowledge and platform architecture understanding
Hands-on expertise with Intune, JAMF, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security
Ability to analyze quality metrics, incident trends, and user experience data
