Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic lead for multiple client accounts, ensuring the highest standards of service, responsiveness, and accountability
Drive strategy, implementation and execution of comprehensive investor relations programs
Develop high-impact messaging and content including news releases, investor presentations, and web copy
Advise clients on quarterly earnings communications, including drafting releases, call scripts, and investor decks
Lead investor and analyst targeting initiatives to elevate client visibility
Plan and execute high-impact investor days and roadshows
Proactively identify issues, anticipate needs, and deliver consistent value that earns client trust and loyalty

Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in investor relations
Strong financial fluency
Up-to-date knowledge of market trends
Persuasive communicator
Exceptional writer
Highly organized
Results-driven
Proficient in IR platforms such as FactSet, Irwin, and AlphaSense
Ability to lead with confidence and empathy
Ability to drive strategy, implementation and execution of comprehensive investor relations programs
Ability to develop high-impact messaging and content including news releases, investor presentations, and web copy
Ability to advise clients on quarterly earnings communications, including drafting releases, call scripts, and investor decks
Ability to lead investor and analyst targeting initiatives
