Senior LevelRexus Group is seeking a GHS (General Hydrostatics) Instructor to deliver advanced training on GHS software to U.S. Government personnel. The instructor will be responsible for providing hands-on instruction and ensuring compliance with U.S. Government standards during a 3-day training course.

Responsibilities
Deliver a 3-day (24-hour) instructor-led GHS training course for up to 15 government personnel
Provide hands-on instruction covering hydrostatics, intact and damaged stability, and vessel analysis using GHS
Customize training content to align with U.S. Navy operational and analytical use cases
Prepare and distribute training materials, exercises, and reference documentation
Provide pre-training guidance for software installation and setup
Answer technical questions and provide clarification during and after training sessions
Ensure training delivery meets U.S. Government quality and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in General Hydrostatics (GHS) software
Professional experience applying GHS software to naval vessel design, stability, or hydrostatic analysis
Verification or written endorsement from Creative Solutions / Creative Systems, Inc. confirming GHS expertise, OR
Academic credentials from a recognized naval architecture institution (e.g., Webb Institute, Maine Maritime Academy, or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training to professional or government audiences
Strong verbal communication and instructional skills
Preferred
Previous experience providing GHS training to U.S. Navy or government organizations
Background in naval architecture, marine engineering, or ship design
Familiarity with U.S. Navy stability and hydrostatics requirements
