Responsibilities
Gather business needs, translate them into technical designs, create functional specs, and map data between SF EC, ECP, Benefits, and third-party systems (Finance, Time, LOA.)
Build standard & custom interfaces using SAP CPI, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from design to deployment
Lead integration testing (unit, system, E2E), resolve defects, troubleshoot issues
Work with external vendors to define data needs, SLAs, and error handling
Maintain detailed documentation (specs, flow diagrams, error logs)
Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Qualification
Required
Strong EC & ECP (Payroll Replication) data model knowledge is essential
Integration Tools: SAP CPI
Understanding of HR data, benefits, payroll, and workforce management processes
Data mapping, transformation, SQL (sometimes), Groovy/JavaScript (for CPI)
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving
