Programmatic Manager (DSP Partnerships)

Responsibilities

Deepen engagement with current DSP partners, serving as the main point of contact and ambassador for our platform
Develop customized partnership plans that drive DSP activation and preferred access to supply
Conduct regular business reviews and proactively provide programmatic insights that facilitate joint growth
Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new DSP partners
Lead outreach efforts, manage pitch processes, and onboard new DSPs to ensure seamless integration and alignment with commercial objectives
Monitor DSP performance, reporting market trends and offering actionable optimization strategies
Organize and execute go-to-market initiatives tailored for DSP platform growth
Stay abreast of DSP innovations, supply path optimization trends, and emerging market opportunities
Advocate for DSP partner feedback in the internal product development cycle

Required

5+ years in programmatic advertising, DSP partnerships, or digital media business development
Proven track record in building and scaling DSP relationships (open auction, PMP, CTV, programmatic guaranteed, etc.)
Strong technical understanding of integrations, deal curation, and programmatic buying mechanics
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
Employment/education will be verified
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Candidate must be willing to work from a TelevisaUnivision office
